Your story is uniquely yours.
The experiences we move through can shape how we see ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we understand our place in the world. My work begins with meeting you where you are — without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you should already know what comes next.
Together, we create space to understand what you are carrying, reconnect with yourself, and discover what may be possible from where you are now.
My path into this work grew from my own experiences navigating life’s complexities, uncertainty, and change. Along the way, I came to understand how powerful it can be to have a space where you can be fully heard without judgment or the pressure to have everything figured out.
Those experiences shaped the way I work with people today. I believe our experiences can influence how we see ourselves, how we respond to life, and what parts of ourselves we may lose touch with along the way. I don't believe those parts need to be erased. They deserve to be understood, honored, and, when possible, reconciled with who we are today.
My work is rooted in the belief that there is something within each of us that can become buried beneath our experiences and the roles we take on. Sometimes the work is about slowing down enough to notice what is there, understand what it may be asking of us, and begin remembering who we are at our core.
I listen for what is underneath the story—not to assume what is there, but to become curious about what you are experiencing beneath the surface.
Together, we slow things down enough to notice what is happening in your thoughts, emotions, and body. We may explore a feeling, a physical sensation, a reaction, or a pattern that keeps showing up and become curious about what it may be trying to tell you.
There is no formula for how this unfolds. Your experiences, your pace, and what you discover guide our work.
Rather than trying to erase parts of yourself that developed through difficult experiences, we work toward understanding and reconciling with them. We look at what they may have helped you survive, what still serves you, and what you may want to carry forward differently.
Over time, the work is about becoming more familiar with your own internal landscape—learning to recognize what is happening, stay present through difficult moments, and make choices from a deeper understanding of who you are.
My role is to walk alongside you, not to tell you who to be.
I am a Certified Life Coach, BALM Family Recovery Life Coach, and 12 Principles Facilitator. My coaching training was completed through the BALM Training Institute, an ICF-accredited coach training program.
My formal training provides a foundation in coaching ethics, reflective inquiry, and supporting meaningful personal growth. My approach is also shaped by years of learning, personal experience, and continued exploration of the ways our emotions, experiences, and bodies influence how we move through life.
I bring both training and lived experience to my work, while recognizing the distinction between coaching and therapy. My role is to support you in exploring your own experiences, insights, and choices—not to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
