Pathways of Support

Life brings moments that ask more of us than we ever expected. Whether you are navigating a personal challenge or supporting someone you love through a difficult season, having compassionate guidance can help you move forward with greater steadiness and understanding.

My work supports individuals, couples, and families who are navigating complex emotional experiences and life transitions.

Healing is the only way to live forward, and I’m so much more courageous at this point. I can hurdle or avoid altogether those bitter, unforgiving ways which present on a regular basis. I’m free to forgive and love and live.
— Shelly T.
I now see, trust and take care of deeper layers of my life and purpose, allowing myself to step away from some outdated habits and structures and into new, healthy risk and growth.

BALM Family Recovery Coaching

Minimum one-year support:

Supporting a loved one who is struggling with substance use, anxiety, or other mental health challenges can be deeply complex and emotionally exhausting.

Family recovery coaching focuses on helping loved ones regain stability, clarity, and empowerment while navigating these difficult circumstances.

Through the BALM framework, families learn how to:

  • Support a loved one struggling with substance use disorder

  • Navigate anxiety, mental health challenges, or behavioral concerns

  • Set healthy boundaries while maintaining compassion

  • Reduce family stress and emotional overwhelm

  • Rebuild stability and hope within the family system

This work recognizes that healing is not only about the individual experiencing the challenge, but also about supporting the wellbeing of those who care deeply for them.
